You will not just sell banking products, but build long-term partnership relations with key market players — medium and large businesses with revenue from 500 million to 10 billion rubles. Your goal is to become their financial advisor and expert who helps the client's business grow with the help of Alfa-Bank's modern solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Develop client portfolio: find and actively attract new partners, as well as deeply engage with current clients' tasks to develop joint business.
- Conduct on-site meetings and negotiations with company executives to present and sell bank products.
- Knowledge of the corporate client market.
- Build strategic relationships: conduct negotiations with top executives of client companies (owners and top managers) to offer solutions that address their strategic challenges.
- Create comprehensive solutions: select and cross-sell bank products (lending, settlement and cash services, guarantees, leasing, acquiring), forming individual financial packages tailored to the client's goals.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has at least one year of sales experience for medium and/or small businesses in the banking sector.
- Has conducted complex negotiations at the executive level (owner, CEO, CFO).
- Understands business models, can handle complex cases, and speaks to clients in terms of benefits and efficiency.
- Work experience in one of the leading banks (VTB, Sber, Raiffeisenbank, Tinkoff, PSB, Otkritie, etc.) will be a significant advantage.
