Your responsibilities
- Develop the bank's premium clients: assist them with financial matters, help them make informed decisions, help form individual strategies that integrate solutions from the entire bank ecosystem
- Offer various bank products: insurance, credit, investment
- Provide high-quality service to clients, interacting with them by phone, in the bank's app, and during personal meetings
Who we are looking for
- You have sales experience and experience working with affluent private clients in investment companies or financial organizations for at least 3 years
- You have a good understanding of economics, banking products, and investment instruments
- You can build trusting relationships based on client needs and understanding
- You have well-developed communication skills: you can explain complex things clearly, confidently lead dialogues, and effectively handle objections
