About us: We are Right Line, a Russian product IT company operating since 2017. We develop solutions for banks and financial companies.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to develop the B2B direction in a fintech platform related to payment solutions, cross-border transfers, and onboarding new participants to the payment ecosystem.
The role is focused on independently attracting new partners (banks, payment systems, e-wallets, e-commerce, etc.), developing the sales funnel, and closing complex deals with long approval cycles.
What we expect from the candidate: • B2B sales experience of 5+ years, including proven experience in closing long and complex deals; • Experience in fintech (financial technologies), payments and transfers, banking, PSP, acquiring, cross-border transfers, or related segments; • Understanding of the banking and payment market, principles of operation of payment systems and cross-border transfers; • Ability to negotiate with C-level executives and build trusting relationships with key stakeholders; • English language proficiency at C1 level or higher; • Self-organization skills, discipline in managing work processes, and a strong results orientation. Will be a plus: • Experience in international sales, developing an agent network, and navigating complex legal and compliance approvals with management and a quick decision-making cycle.
