The goal is to make the purchase process easy and fast for customers, and as profitable as possible for businesses.
They are looking for a Commercial Director to lead the sales department and ensure revenue growth through systematic management of the team, clients, and key deals. The role's responsibilities include sales, client support, and the service center.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a commercial strategy in conjunction with the product.
- Managing sales of IT solutions, including hardware and software.
- Building a sales management system through metrics, analytics, forecasting, and regular reporting.
- Analyzing and optimizing sales processes, client support, and the service function.
- Evaluating the current team, strengthening or optimizing the structure if necessary.
- Managing long sales cycles, participating in tenders, and coordinating internal teams in the proposal preparation process.
- Ensuring the achievement and growth of sales plans.
- Building partner relationships with product, IT development, marketing, and service teams.
You will definitely succeed if you have:
- Strong experience in a senior commercial role in an IT company for at least 5 years.
- Experience managing B2B sales of IT solutions, including software and hardware.
- Experience working with large B2B/enterprise clients and a limited number of potential customers.
- Understanding of long sales cycles, project sales, and tender procedures.
- Ability to manage sales through metrics, figures, and analytics.
- Experience in building commercial analytics and regular reporting.
- Experience in restructuring or optimizing commercial processes.
- Experience managing sales, account management, and client support teams.
- Skills in interacting with product, IT, marketing, and service teams.
