AWX is an international fintech platform that creates advanced solutions for managing and interacting with digital assets. The mission is to provide users with tools that simplify financial operations and everyday financial tasks, making them secure and transparent.
Until recently, AWX did not have a dedicated sales department. However, in 2026, the company is focusing on solutions for the B2B segment. Therefore, they are looking for not just a Head of Sales, but an engaged business partner who knows how to drive exponential company revenue growth through sales. They are seeking a Head of Sales – a leader who will take responsibility for key commercial indicators, build a sales department, and take the company to the next level.

Strategy and Growth:
- Ensure the fulfillment of B2B sales plans in accordance with the company's strategy.
- Build a sales department from scratch: from structure and hiring to the team achieving stable results.
- Implement a motivation and KPI system that inherently drives managers to overachieve.
Team and Leadership:
- Form a team of sales managers who can meet targets without your constant direct involvement.
- Train employees so that the average time for a new hire to reach their target does not exceed 2 months.
Clients and Channels:
- Ensure a stable flow of "cold" leads through channels you define.
- Conclude and ensure the execution of large contracts with key partners.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations that result in signed agreements.
Product and Market:
- Ensure that the client's voice genuinely influences the product – through your suggestions for improving services and functionality.
- Provide regular analytics on department effectiveness, based on which you will make optimization decisions yourself (not dictated from above).
Candidate Expectations:
- Results in numbers: successful experience managing a B2B sales department (finance / fintech / IT) with clear metrics: revenue growth, plan fulfillment, team size under your management. Be prepared to present artifacts of your work during a meeting with the CEO.
- Experience building from scratch: you have already built a sales department or completely relaunched an existing one – and can show results.
- High-level negotiation skills: you have closed deals with top management and owners of large companies.
- Adaptability and initiative: you quickly adapt to the market and offer solutions, rather than waiting for instructions.
- Analytics: you can calculate unit economics, forecast, and manage the sales funnel based on data.
- Advantageous: understanding of the crypto market and blockchain (but not required).
