Who are we looking for?
A strong Head of Sales (HoS) with a strong results orientation, a love for numbers, and a deep understanding of analytics. We don't sell a "box" – we offer complex, high-tech solutions that transform client business processes. We need a leader capable of inspiring the team, demanding results from them, and maintaining high motivation.
Our candidate:
- Has relevant background: successful experience in active B2B sales of complex services/solutions (SaaS, fintech, HR solutions, banking products, outsourcing/outstaffing) for at least 3 years.
- Possesses management experience: worked as a HoS or team lead (team of 3+ people) for at least 1-2 years, personally hired, onboarded, and trained managers.
- Can speak the same language as top executives: has experience of personally closing deals with decision-makers at the owner/CEO/CFO level.
- Is good with numbers and processes: has built and optimized sales funnels (leads → meetings → proposals → deals), has an excellent understanding of unit economics, and is proficient in CRM (Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot) at the level of configuring funnels and creating reports.
What we offer:
- Income: fixed part 150,000 rubles + a powerful bonus system. Total income - from 200,000 rubles net, with no upper limit.
- Transparent bonuses:
- personal contribution: 8% of revenue from personal sales (after bank commission).
- team contribution: 2% of revenue from the entire sales department (after bank commission).
- Schedule and format: remote work 5/2, 10:00–19:00 Moscow time, with the possibility of traveling to key client meetings in Moscow and Moscow Oblast.

What will you be doing:
- Manage the funnel and discipline: control the activity of roles (lead generation, closers, partners), the quality of lead qualification, and perfect CRM usage. Personally participate in key meetings with decision-makers and complex negotiations.
- Build and develop the team: be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring managers, organize their onboarding, implement effective regulations, planning meetings, and feedback systems.
- Develop methodological resources: create and update scripts, proposal templates, presentations, and checklists. Closely collaborate with marketing to create case studies, FAQs, landing pages, and webinars.
- Synchronize marketing and product: set requirements for lead generation, segments, and USPs, systematize feedback on lead quality, and help form product requirements for large clients.
- Develop the partner network: form a profile of target partners, build a partner pipeline, motivation system, and provide them with methodological support.
- Conduct analytics: create accurate sales forecasts, prepare reports on conversions and channels, analyze unit economics of deals and services.
