Head of Sales
Work format: Remote Accredited IT company Legal entities in the Russian Federation and Cyprus Location: Russian Federation, CIS, Baltic States, Europe Work according to the Russian Federation production calendar and Moscow time zone Schedule: from 10 AM to 7 PM Moscow time
Possible employment formats: Employment contract, Sole Proprietorship for RF citizens, for other candidates — under an agreement with a Cypriot legal entity
Responsibilities: • Effectively manage the department according to the company's adopted strategy to attract clients (through warm and cold sales); • Hire, onboard, train, develop, assign tasks, and monitor their completion for all sales department employees; • Build the sales process and increase conversion rates; • Evaluate the performance against monthly sales targets and develop a plan for their improvement; • Optimize existing sales channels and develop new ones to generate company profit; • Formulate and fulfill a monthly plan for cold leads; • Conduct demo calls and negotiations with clients; • Develop standards and regulations for the sales department, customer interaction scenarios; • Delve into the technical details of the product; • Participate in industry conferences.
Requirements:
• Sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B for at least 3 years; • Sales department management experience of 3+ people; • Ability to negotiate, defend your position; • Confident proficiency and experience working with CRM systems, task trackers; • English language – from confident B2.
