B2B Sales Manager

We are looking for a salesperson who will independently build the sales funnel: find establishments, make calls, conduct demos, and onboard clients.

About the position: Kofftan is a service for establishments with takeout options: coffee shops, coffee to go, bakeries, pastry shops. This is a full-cycle role — from finding contacts to the commercial launch of an establishment. Work with clear metrics and a transparent motivation system.

What tasks you will be solving:

• Independently form a lead base: coffee shops, bakeries, pastry shops, small chains
• Enrich cards in CRM: phone number, address, establishment type, priority
• Make calls via Mango Office, connect with decision-makers, qualify interest
• Conduct demos with responsible persons, launch pilot projects
• Onboard establishments to commercial connection and record activity
• Keep CRM up-to-date: statuses, reasons for refusal, next steps

Expected results (after adaptation):

• 300–500 new valid cards in CRM per month
• 700–900 outgoing call attempts per month
• 150–200+ live conversations
• 12–25 demos with decision-makers
• 3–5 onboarded establishments per month

Requirements

• Experience in active B2B sales or cold calling — from 1 year
• Ability to independently find contacts and work with a database
• Discipline in maintaining CRM: every step is recorded
• Proficient spoken language, negotiation skills
• Result-oriented, not process-oriented

Will be a plus

• Sales experience in HoReCa or related fields
• Understanding of the processes of a coffee shop or an establishment with takeout
• Experience with Mango Office or similar IP telephony systems
