We are looking for a manager who is ready for cold calls and is not afraid of rejection, and who wants to earn and grow in the IT field.

✅ What will you be doing?

• Cold calls in the B2B segment (companies with open developer vacancies)
• Reaching out to the decision-maker (CEO, CTO, Head of Development)
• Identifying needs
• Scheduling online meetings for the manager
• Maintaining the database in CRM
• Meeting targets for calls and scheduled meetings

Important:

You are not selling "a service over the phone".

Your task is to generate interest and arrange a meeting.
