IT Product Sales Manager

IRBIS is an IT company specializing in the development of mobile applications, CRM, and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Attract new clients for custom development services (web / mobile / support / AI);
- Identify needs and form comprehensive proposals for the company's products;
- Support clients in making the decision to cooperate with the company;
- Manage long-term deals and negotiations with decision-makers;
- Work without routine tasks, focus only on sales.
Answers to possible questions:
We do not have a marketing department, no advertising for lead generation, and we have not previously been involved in building a sales department. The current role is promising, therefore the task is to build sales channels, sell cold with further formation of a project support department.
Requirements
- Must be located in Moscow or St. Petersburg;
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales of IT products to corporate clients;
- Ability to manage and develop a client portfolio;
- Experience, ability, and desire for cold outreach;
- Understanding of business processes in medium and large segment companies;
- Skills in managing long-term deals and negotiations with executives;
- Self-organization and ability to work without supervision;
- Competitive spirit and ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of the HoReCa market will be your advantage;
- Knowledge of the automotive wash market will be your advantage.
