Solway is a full-cycle IT company. We help startups and mid-sized businesses strengthen their development teams through outstaffing and launch turnkey projects through outsourcing.
We are currently expanding our sales department and looking for a manager who will help us attract new clients and schedule meetings with interested companies.
What needs to be done: — Make cold calls using a ready-made B2B database — Reach out to authorized decision-makers (LPR) — Briefly present the company and its services — Identify the need for developers or a project team — Schedule online meetings for the manager — Record call results in CRM — Meet the targets for calls and scheduled meetings
Important: This position does not require selling the service "off the cuff" or closing a deal over the phone. The main task is to interest a potential client and bring the communication to a meeting.

Will be a plus: — Cold calling experience — Experience in sales, telemarketing, HR, or recruitment — Understanding of IT company structure and LPR roles — Experience working with CRM
