MobileUp is here, and we are currently looking for a positive, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager for our outstaffing division.
Format: remote or periodic hybrid in St. Petersburg
Location: Russia
Salary Range: from 80,000 to 110,000 rubles net per month + sales performance bonuses
Employment Terms, Format: Labor Code of the Russian Federation (other formats negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Search for and develop relationships with potential clients in various industries (IT, E-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, etc.);
- Manage the full deal cycle: from client search to specialist placement on a project;
- Find new clients, establish contacts with key decision-makers (both for business and technical aspects);
- Skillfully present our outstaffing services, conduct audio and video calls, in-person meetings with clients, identify requirements for IT specialists for outstaffing, conduct effective negotiations;
- Work on retaining and developing key clients;
- Interact with recruitment and finance departments, independently manage documentation;
- Work in AmoCRM, fill out and update information, manage the sales funnel for your clients;
- Meet the sales plan established jointly with the manager.
Requirements:
- Have experience in cold B2B sales in the IT sector;
- Understand what IT outstaffing is from practical experience, grasp the market specifics;
- Are constantly looking for new sales strategies, techniques, and tools;
- Can build trusting relationships with clients, considering their needs and offering solutions that will help them achieve their desired results.
Conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Salary based on interview results + sales performance bonuses;
