Sales Manager (Custom Development)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales of services for web development, mobile applications, modernization and refinement of existing online resources (online stores, personal accounts, marketplaces, internal systems);
- Sales of analytical research, interface design services (UX/UI), DevOps solutions;
- Processing incoming leads and attracting new clients ("cold sales");
- Gathering primary customer needs;
- Communication with the customer (possible long pre-sales period up to a year);
- Company presentation;
- Preparing commercial proposals.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Required work experience: 3 years;
- Sales skills, ability to build trusting relationships with the client;
- Proficient oral and written communication, ability to formulate thoughts simply and clearly;
- Technical literacy, communication skills, responsibility;
- Understanding of the project lifecycle.
