We are now strengthening our sales department and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows how to attract clients for custom development and wants to earn based on real results.

What you will do

• Attract new clients for custom development services (web / mobile / support / AI);
• Work with your client base and develop it;
• Reach out to decision-makers and conduct negotiations at the owner and top management level;
• Participate in the formation of commercial proposals together with our technical team;
• Close deals and hand over projects to production.

What we expect

• Sales experience in custom development services from 3 years;
• Understanding of the specifics of project sales;
• Having your own, active contact base - will be a serious advantage;
• Ability to sell complex IT services;
• Skill in conducting negotiations at the owner / top management level;
• Proactivity, independence, and focus on financial results.
