We are developing the IT outstaffing direction and are looking for a sales manager who can independently create a funnel and reach enterprise clients
Tasks • Search, qualification, and attraction of new enterprise clients (outbound sales); • Reaching out to decision-makers/key persons (CIO, CTO, IT Directors, Procurement); • Establish and maintain warm, trusting relationships with decision-makers; • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, current projects, and opportunities for improving cooperation; • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality; • Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tenders; • Conduct negotiations and manage the deal until it's handed over to account management; ⸻
Requirements • B2B sales experience of 2+ years, preferably in IT outsourcing / outstaffing; • Confident cold calling and objection handling skills; • Experience in negotiations with top executives and IT managers; • Eloquent speech, structured thinking, result-orientation; • Activity, ability to make quick decisions, initiative, ability to build long-term relationships.
