IT company RedLab is looking for a Sales Director (IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing)
Responsibilities:
- Strengthening and developing relationships with existing clients
- Leading the sales department and independently working with large clients at the executive level
- Recruiting and developing commercial personnel for the assigned area, improving sales process efficiency, and forming a motivation system
- Ensuring the sales planning process, preparing the sales budget, controlling its execution, and ensuring the achievement of planned targets
- Participating in the development and implementation of pricing and marketing policies

To perform these tasks, you will need:
- Experience in organizing and scaling IT service sales for an outsourcing IT company in various market segments
- Experience in building processes within the commercial department (SDR, Sales, tender department, etc.) and processes for interaction with other departments (HR — Production — Marketing — Sales — Finance)
- Experience working with large corporate clients — banks, industrial enterprises, retail, etc.
- Understanding and experience in marketing, proficiency in marketing analytics, understanding and effective management of sales funnels, etc.
- Experience in conducting negotiations at the executive level of companies
