Sales Manager

Remote, full-time, official employment, from 30,000 to 100,000 ₽

We are Sozdavatel company, a golden partner of 1C-Bitrix with 14 years of experience in CRM, website, and application development. We are currently looking for a sales manager who will help our clients find the best solutions and develop projects with us.

Conditions:

• Fully remote work
• Official employment, paid leave
• Competitive income (30,000–100,000 ₽: salary + bonuses)
• Schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00 Yekaterinburg time (this is important)
• Training and certification at the company's expense
• Opportunity to grow into a head of department

Tasks:

1. Sell and manage projects:

• Process incoming requests
• Work with the client base
• Make calls, present, persuade
• Prepare commercial proposals

2. Manage projects:

• Monitor deadlines
• Coordinate developers, designers, and other wonderful people
• Manage projects with sensitivity and calm

3. Support clients:

• Answer questions, explain, consult
• Help clients navigate the possibilities of Bitrix
• Formulate solutions, not just sell licenses

We would be glad if:

• You have B2B sales experience
• You can persuade, listen, and build trust
• You have a stable internet connection and a computer for work
• 💡 Experience with Bitrix24 or IT will be a big plus.
