IT Business Development Manager/BDM
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Middle/Senior).
Location - Moscow.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in sales or business development in the IT sphere (B2B preferred) for at least 1.5 years.
- Developed negotiation skills, ability to find compromises and achieve set goals.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively plan working time.
- Experience working in a multitasking environment.
- Basic understanding of development processes or machine learning principles.
- Will be a plus: knowledge of English from B2 and above.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of plans for attracting new clients and entering new markets.
- Contribution of ideas for improving sales and business development.
- Participation in industry conferences to establish contacts with potential clients.
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
- Presentation of company cases, experience, and capabilities.
- Identification of client needs and coordination of opportunities with the development team.
- Cold outreach and establishing initial contact with potential clients.
- Maintaining contact database and CRM.
