We are looking for a Middle Business Development Manager 🚀
💼 Responsibilities: — Generate and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other outbound channels — Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing — Identify client needs and present suitable outsourcing solutions — Prepare proposals, coordinate project estimations, and conduct budget qualification — Sell web application development, long-term tech partnerships, and team extension services — Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients — Collaborate closely with lead generation, design, development, BA, PM, and finance teams — Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve business development targets — Improve sales processes and leverage AI tools to optimize daily workflows
🧠 Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in IT Business Development or B2B Sales — Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outbound prospecting — Experience selling IT outsourcing services or software development projects — Experience managing the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing — Strong communication and negotiation skills with international clients — Understanding of software development processes and outsourcing delivery models — Experience coordinating with technical teams during the pre-sales process — Practical experience using AI tools to improve sales efficiency — Confident use of CRM systems — English — C1+/Fluent — Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native — Residence outside Russia, Belarus & Ukraine
💫 Nice to have: — Experience with Upwork or other outsourcing marketplaces — Experience selling long-term outsourcing or dedicated teams — Experience selling AI/ML or Web Application projects — Technical background or understanding of software development — Experience with Business Analysis or Discovery phase sales — Experience with React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, or AI/ML projects — Experience with cross-selling and upselling existing clients
