We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager 🚀
💼 Responsibilities: — Sell long-term tech partnerships, and team extension services — Manage the full pre-sales cycle from intro call to contract signing — Qualify opportunities and drive them through MQL and SQL stages — Prepare initial proposals, coordinate estimations, and conduct budget qualification — Present solutions and negotiate with international clients — Collaborate closely with lead generation, design, development, BA, PM, and finance teams — Maintain long-term client relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities — Participate in improving sales processes and optimize workflows using AI-powered tools
🧠 Requirements: — 3+ years of experience closing IT outsourcing deals (7+ years is highly preferred) — Proven experience selling web application development services — Experience selling long-term projects and dedicated teams — Strong experience managing the full sales cycle from intro call to signed contract — 2+ years of hands-on LinkedIn lead generation or LinkedIn lead generation coordination experience within the last 3 years — Experience working with international clients and conducting negotiations — Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously — Experience coordinating specialists involved in the pre-sales process — Strong understanding of outsourcing delivery models and software development processes — Practical experience using AI tools to improve business processes — Confident use of CRM and ERP systems — Readiness to communicate with clients across US, Canadian, and European time zones — Fluent English (spoken and written) — Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native — Residence outside Russia & Belarus
💫 Nice to have: — Experience selling paid Discovery phases — Experience selling AI/ML-related projects — Experience with outstaffing and team extension models — Previous hands-on lead generation experience — Experience working with Upwork or other outsourcing marketplaces — Technical background and understanding of software development — Business Analysis knowledge and experience working with requirements — Experience in presales, cross-selling, and upselling — Experience with web applications, React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, and AI/ML domains — Experience selling dedicated teams and long-term partnerships
