Role:** REMOTE B2B Sales Outbound Experience Fluency in English

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Business Development Representative to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality conversations and opportunities targeting the US market. We are looking for an independent professional who can design, execute, and optimize outbound strategies from the ground up.

You will be responsible for end-to-end B2B lead generation, from identifying and prioritizing target accounts to delivering highly qualified meetings to our Sales team. You will not just book calls, you will provide valuable context and validated interest, enabling our sales force to focus on high-impact opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Core Outbound Activities:
  • Identifying and selecting target companies according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Executing cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Scheduling discovery meetings and ensuring high attendance rates
  • Recording results, objections, and feedback in CRM
  • Analyzing campaign performance and proposing data-driven improvements to ICP, messaging, and process
• Event & Conference Outreach:
  • Conducting pre-, during-, and post-event outreach
  • Booking and managing event-related meetings
• Process & Data Discipline:
  • Maintaining a high and consistent activity volume to support data-driven decisions
  • Analyzing reasons for no-shows, rejections, and next steps
  • Helping the team identify which ICPs, personas, and messages deliver the best results
