Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Remote

We are an international company in the affiliate marketing sphere, growing in the market for over 4 years and working with clients from different countries.

We are currently developing several new directions and are looking for an SDR to help us systematically find and attract new B2B clients in the international market and the CIS.

Responsibilities:

• Search for and replenish the database of potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and other digital channels.
• Find decision-makers (C-level, etc.), build personalized communication.
• Work with contact search, database enrichment, and mailing services — Apollo, Smartlead, and similar.
• Analyze outreach campaign results: open rate, reply rate, conversion to meeting, and other metrics.
• Test different channels, message formats, and approaches to cold client acquisition.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as an SDR or in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Practical experience in cold B2B client acquisition through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
• Experience in IT, Digital, SaaS, AdTech, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with outreach campaign automation and scaling tools — Apollo, Smartlead, or equivalents.
• Understanding of cold email sequence building principles and personalized outreach.
• Ability to segment target audiences and find relevant decision-makers.
