We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The primary goal of the Junior BD is to increase Senior BD capacity by taking ownership of lead research, pipeline administration, outreach coordination and client onboarding activities, allowing Senior BDs to focus on relationship building, negotiations and closing new business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth client journey from the first touchpoint to successful collaboration with our Customer Relations team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Qualification — Research and analyze leads, target accounts, and conference attendee lists based on predefined qualification criteria.

Outreach & Meeting Coordination — Conduct targeted outreach, follow up with prospects, and schedule qualified meetings and demos for Senior BD Managers.

Pipeline & CRM Management — Keep lead information, activities, pipeline stages, and next steps accurate and up to date in the CRM.

Client Onboarding Support — Guide clients through the onboarding process after initial engagement with a Senior BD Manager.

Onboarding Coordination — Coordinate client questions, demos, documentation, follow-ups, and internal actions required to complete onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer success will be a plus.
