Lead Generation Manager / SDR (B2B)

Tasks for this role:
- Providing the sales team with leads through cold outreach.
- Independent search for key decision-maker contacts through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Working with a new database, a database of former clients, and stalled sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients/key decision-makers through various channels (calls, messengers, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Qualifying leads via ICP/BANT/CHAMP, determining the level of interest and readiness to buy.
- Booking meetings with account managers for leads.
- Maintaining the CRM.
We expect:
- At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales.
- Knowledge of cold calling techniques, ability to engage a potential client.
- Well-developed speech and communication skills.
- Experience handling objections at early stages.
