Business Development Manager at SOTA

SOTA is an architectural bureau specializing in comprehensive work with the urban environment and the development of landscaping projects.

What you will do — Form a pool of target companies and projects, search for potential clients, and research the market — Identify decision-makers and influencers in contractor selection, establish initial contacts, and conduct preliminary negotiations — Organize meetings with the SOTA management, develop promising relationships, and monitor next steps — Systematize the existing database, transfer and update information in CRM — Analyze contact history, identify promising and inactive contacts, and reactivate the database — Identify new projects and needs, develop activated contacts — Search for and analyze relevant tenders, monitor tender platforms — Register and update SOTA data, identify promising projects, and transfer information to responsible employees — Monitor organizational deadlines and maintain tender channel statistics — Maintain CRM, record contact and negotiation results, and manage commercial opportunities — Control follow-up, prepare commercial proposals, and gather feedback — Analyze reasons for lost or postponed projects, and generate commercial statistics

What we require — Experience in B2B sales or Business Development — Experience in independent new client acquisition — Experience with cold outreach and preliminary negotiations — Experience working with CRM and maintaining a client database — Ability to work with long sales cycles — Experience in independent work organization Will be a plus: — Experience in architecture, construction, development, engineering, design, or other project services — Experience working with tender platforms — Understanding of the development market — Experience selling complex professional services — Experience working with decision-makers in large companies — Experience working on projects where contractor selection decisions are made by multiple parties — Knowledge of specific tender platforms is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates an understanding of tender channel principles
