B2B Sales Manager: base salary 70,000 + 20,000 KPI + 20-25% commission

Hello! My name is Evgenia, I am the head of the sales team at Pro Maps. We help businesses get clients from maps — Yandex, 2GIS, Google. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a manager who is interested in selling, earning, and growing. It is important for us that this person is initiative-taking, active, and energetic, someone who doesn't wait for tasks but takes responsibility and strives for results.

What you will do:

• Sell subscription packages to B2B clients
• Meet sales targets
• Fulfill KPIs for calls and scheduled meetings
• Conduct online meetings with clients
• Work with client prospecting and an existing database
• Maintain the database in AmoCRM and handle reporting

You are:

• Have B2B sales experience of at least 1 year
• Systematic and diligent
• Able to complete deals and tasks successfully

• Responsible and results-oriented
• Ready to learn and quickly get involved in work
