HFORCE is a specialized recruitment agency. We recruit engineering and technical, as well as line personnel for only three areas: electrical installation, low-current systems, and engineering systems. Foremen, design engineers, designers, low-current installers, electrical installers, instrumentation and control engineers. We deliberately do not take on everything. We do not recruit office staff, salespeople, or accountants. A narrow niche is our competitive advantage: we know about permits, electrical safety groups, and the difference between a foreman and a site manager. That's why we fill vacancies in 7–14 days where universal agencies spend months.

Our clients are construction, installation, and manufacturing companies in Moscow, the Moscow Region, and St. Petersburg. In 2 years: over 700 specialists employed, over 70 teams formed.

WHAT WE OFFER

Income:

• Salary 30,000 ₽ — fixed part, always paid
• 60,000 ₽ bonus for attracting 2 new clients per month
• 10% from sales for the first deal of a new client
• 5% from all subsequent deals of this client — permanently

Real income trajectory:

• 1st month — around 90,000 ₽
• 2nd month — 110,000–120,000 ₽
• from the 3rd month — 130,000–150,000 ₽

We pay the maximum for attracting a new client. The more you bring in, the more you earn, including on a permanent basis from their repeat orders.

We work without prepayment. The client pays only after the specialist has started working. If they don't start, they pay nothing. Plus a replacement guarantee for up to 90 days. Such conditions in the recruitment market are rare. The client has nothing to lose, and this removes the main objection from the first call.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Remote work from anywhere in the Russian Federation
• Schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in selling B2B services in the construction industry — bank guarantees, SRO, tender support, special equipment, building materials, labor protection, design, equipment leasing
• Experience working in a recruitment agency or outstaffing
• Understanding of how construction and installation companies operate

Mandatory:

• Ability to reach the decision-maker through secretaries and assistants
• Willingness to make 30–50 calls per day
• Discipline in CRM: if a deal is not in the system, it does not exist

No experience in personnel recruitment is required — we will teach you. If you have no sales experience but have a desire to earn and are willing to learn, we will consider you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Making outbound calls to a pre-made database of target companies (the database is compiled according to industry criteria, no blind cold calling needed)
• Reaching decision-makers: owners, technical directors, chief engineers
• Qualifying the client and scheduling a meeting
• Maintaining the client database in CRM

Important: you don't close deals alone. Your task is to bring the client to a meeting, which you conduct together with your supervisor. Negotiations on price and terms are the responsibility of the supervisor, not yours. Apply if you want to sell a service you can believe in.
