What you will do
Communicate with candidates via Zoom and messaging, explaining available employment options, requirements, service costs, and terms. Support clients until contract signing and payment, maintaining contact at each sales stage.
Who we are looking for
A specialist with at least one year of sales experience and experience working with B2B clients. English at C1 level or higher is required, Russian for confident communication with the team, and CRM experience.
It is important to be comfortable working with a large volume of video meetings and correspondence. Experience working with candidates from Asia and Africa will be a significant advantage. To work from home, you will need a quiet space, stable internet, and a headset.
The job provides stable access to corporate telephony, CRM, and work services.
Income and conditions
Fixed part — 400 euros per month plus commission on paid sales. Target total income upon meeting the plan — 1,700–2,000 euros per month. The actual amount depends on sales results.
