Head of Sales Remote

We develop a SaaS solution for processing partner traffic and managing affiliate programs. We help businesses scale customer acquisition channels. We are looking for a Head of Sales who is not afraid of cold outreach, can sell themselves, and is ready to develop a team.

Responsibilities:

• Management and development of the sales department
• Optimization of warm and cold sales processes
• Hiring, onboarding, and coaching the sales team
• Achieving personal and team goals, growth of key metrics
• Conducting demos and negotiations with clients
• Improving regulations, standards, and sales approaches
• Participation in industry conferences

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in IT / SaaS / B2B
• Deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs
• Experience managing a sales department of 3+ people
• Negotiation and argumentation skills
• Confident use of CRM and task trackers
• English B2+ is a plus
