What you will be doing:
- Conduct activities for generating new leads/deals/projects (systematic market analysis, developing and implementing a sales strategy)
- Build a sales system in the company under the patronage of the founders
- Identify and shape the needs of existing and new clients within the current portfolio of solutions
- Participate in negotiations, prepare and defend commercial proposals, solution presentations – everything necessary to bring the client to a contract (implementation will be ensured by the CS team)
- Actively collaborate with the product and client team (Customer Success Managers) as part of our product development
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, industry events – develop a network of contacts and increase recognition in our industry
You are the ideal candidate for us if:
- You have successful experience in independent sales of IT products. Experience selling to product managers and top management is desirable
- You have worked in a similar position in the B2B sales segment for 1 year or more
- You have experience in cold prospecting clients in the B2B market and managing all stages of coordination, closing, and contract fulfillment
- You are a person of your word. If you said it – you did it. It's not any other way with you: if you can't do it – you don't promise
- Self-propelled. You independently find solutions to assigned tasks
- Literate. You can write without mistakes and understand why it's important
- You can work in a team and enjoy it
- You are proud to work in sales, and you like it. You understand that selling is not about "pushing something unnecessary at any cost." Selling for you is about fulfilling a client's need and making them happy
