Truman Eva is a mental health and wellbeing platform for companies.
We help businesses reduce and prevent employee burnout and increase team resilience through systematic digital solutions.
We are now launching and building a B2B direction from scratch and are looking for someone who doesn't just want to "sell by script", but wants to participate in the development of the B2B part of Truman Eva with the team.
What you will do
1. Lead generation and processing
- search for and analyze potential companies (ICP)
- perform cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- reach out to decision-makers (HRD, CEO, People/HR functions)
2. Initial negotiations and qualification
- conduct initial meetings and product presentations
- identify business needs
- qualify leads (interest, budget, timeline)
3. Deal management (together with the team)
- accompany the client until closing
- help communicate the product's value
- track deal stages and manage CRM
4. B2B direction development
- participate in hypothesis testing (ICP, offers, channels)
- help improve the commercial offer
- participate in creating presentations and sales materials
Who we are looking for
- interest in B2B sales, Business Development, and IT/SaaS
- desire to grow in sales and business
- ability to conduct business communication
- initiative and persistence (ability to reach decision-makers)
- competent oral and written communication skills
Will be a plus:
- experience in B2B / IT / HR / EdTech / SaaS
- experience with cold outreach (email / calls)
