We are growing actively and are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (SDR) to join our team, who will find potential clients, establish initial contact, and hand over qualified meetings to the sales team.

What you will be doing:

• Searching for potential clients among medium and large businesses
• Analyzing companies and identifying decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CRM, Digital, E-commerce, Commercial Directors, etc.)
• Reaching out through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other channels
• Identifying business needs in CRM marketing, marketing automation, and customer analytics
• Qualifying leads according to internal criteria
• Scheduling meetings for the sales team
• Maintaining the CRM and keeping information updated for each contact
• Achieving KPIs for new contacts, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings
• Collaborating with marketing to test new client acquisition hypotheses
