For over 10 years, we have been effectively solving tasks: from onboarding and developing employees to launching large-scale educational projects. Our clients include 400+ companies. Among them are Domodedovo, Tochka Bank, Gazprom Neft, Gemotest, Skyeng, Yandex, MANTERA, World Class, Promsvyazbank, Magnit Dostavka.
We are now strengthening our marketing team – we are looking for an SDR who will take over lead management: from initial communication and qualification to handover to the sales department.
Key responsibilities of the position:
- Convert incoming traffic, cold leads, and dormant contacts into qualified SQLs for the sales department.
- Maintain a high standard of first contact – so that the client feels the expertise and service of Teachbase from the very beginning.
What you will be doing:
Lead Management
- Process incoming leads by phone and in writing, including those from webinars and conferences.
- Conduct initial qualification and hand over clients to the sales department (SQL).
- Achieve KPIs for the quantity and quality of qualifications.
Cold Database Management and Reactivation
- Make outbound calls and send messages on messengers to segments of the cold database.
- Bring back dormant contacts into play – clients who were previously interested in the product but did not proceed to a deal.
Data Management
- Maintain and update records in amoCRM correctly and timely, so that the entire sales team sees the up-to-date picture of the lead.
What is important to us:
- Experience in sales or a contact center, confident phone negotiation skills.
- Developed soft skills: communication, client-centricity, result-orientation, partnership.
- Ability to work effectively remotely – independently maintain focus and pace.
- Accuracy in working with CRM and data.

- Total average income of 65,000 ₽ net: base salary of 50,000 ₽ + performance bonuses.
