IT Sales Manager (SAAS)
VLProjects is an IT team. For 15 years, we have been implementing our own IT products of various themes in the markets of Russia, USA, and Europe.
Our new project is the video conferencing service livedigital, which we promote as video conferencing communication and as a platform for interactive education.
The livedigital team already has over 40 people – development, product, sales, and support teams.
We are now strengthening our sales department and looking for a third sales manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Active search and attraction of new clients – priority on cold sales (independent outreach to decision-makers with an individual approach to each company)
- Work also with incoming leads, partner channels, and at industry events – full coverage of all sales channels
- Conducting meetings and online presentations with corporate clients to demonstrate the product
- Client management from first contact to deal closing, considering a long sales cycle (average 3–6 months) and the need for interaction with multiple decision-makers on the client's side
- Initiating and supporting pilot projects with clients, leading them to successful contract signing
- Building long-term relationships with clients, increasing their loyalty and LTV
- Thorough management of AmoCRM and maintaining the sales funnel accuracy
- Achieving funnel targets (number of meetings, pilot launches, conversion to deals, MRR growth, etc.)
What we expect from you
- Experience in cold sales, IT product project sales – mandatory
- Successful B2B sales experience in education/EdTech for large corporate clients
- Ability to identify client needs and present the product for their tasks; confident negotiation skills, persuasion, and argumentation of solution value
- Experience in managing long deals (3–6 months) and working with multiple client stakeholders, including top management (CEO, CTO, Product/Development Directors)
- Proficient use of CRM systems (preferably AmoCRM) and accurate client database management at all stages of the deal
- Results-oriented: ability to achieve set goals and meet KPIs
- Self-organization and ability to work effectively in a remote format
- Proactiveness, initiative, and a high level of trainability – readiness to constantly acquire new information and apply it in work
- Developed soft skills: empathy, active listening skills, creativity in problem-solving, leadership qualities, enthusiasm
