We are an IT team — VLProjects. For 15 years, we have been implementing our own IT products of various themes in the markets of Russia, the USA, and Europe.
Our new project is a video conferencing service livedigital, which we promote both as video conferencing communication and as a platform for interactive education.
The livedigital team already has over 40 people — development, product, sales, and support teams.
Now we are strengthening our sales department and looking for a third Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Active search and attraction of new clients (EdTech) – priority on cold sales (independent outreach to decision-makers with an individual approach to each company)
- Work also with all sales channels (inbound leads, events, partnerships)
- Manage the full deal cycle from the first contact to signing the contract (average deal cycle is 3–6 months)
- Initiate and support pilot projects with clients, leading them to successful contract conclusion
- Achieve KPIs for meetings, pilots, and revenue growth
What we expect from you
- Experience in cold sales of IT products is mandatory
- Successful B2B sales experience in education/EdTech for large corporate clients
- Ability to identify client needs and present the product according to their tasks; confident negotiation skills, persuasion, and argumentation of solution value
- Experience in managing long-term deals (3–6 months) and working with multiple stakeholders on the client side, including top executives (CEO, CTO, Product/Development Directors)
- Self-organization and ability to work effectively in a remote format
