Educateme is hiring: Sales Manager for remote work

Language Courses · Fully Remote · European Hours (CET)

We are an online language school from Luxembourg, teaching since 2023: 50+ teachers and 1000+ students across Europe. We are expanding our sales department and looking for someone who will sell our B2C language courses (Sproochentest preparation and general courses) to clients in Luxembourg and the EU.

These are not cold calls. Leads come in warm – from the website, recommendations, and partners. Your task is to communicate with people who already want to learn, understand their needs, and close the deal. And no, we won't just hand you a CRM with the words "good luck" – we have a proper onboarding and sales training that you will go through.

What you'll be doing

• Manage warm inbound leads from the first contact to the signed deal
• Sell course packages – consultatively, mainly via correspondence and calls
• Keep the sales funnel organized in our CRM
• Be responsible for the monthly plan and earn from each closed deal

Who we're looking for

• You live outside of Russia and have the legal right to work in your country (we will hire you as a contractor)
• Excellent English (C1+) – this is our working language and the language of many of our clients
• French and/or German is a big plus: most clients speak one of these languages
• You have sales experience, and you are good at it (B2C / inside sales)
• Have you sold language courses or other educational programs? You'll get up to speed faster
• Independent, reliable in a remote team, comfortable with CRM

Compensation

What	How much
Fixed	€600 per month
Bonus	5% from each new deal + 2% from renewals
Realistic take-home	€1,500–€2,500+ per month, depending on performance
