Remote. Schedule: 10:00–19:00 (Moscow time), RF calendar. Location: RF, CIS, Baltic states, Europe (Russian-speaking candidates). Employment: Labor Code of the RF, sole proprietorship or contract with a legal entity in Cyprus. Compensation: from 3,000 + % of personal and team sales (average income 5,000–6,000). Base salary is discussed after the interview. Bonuses: premiums, gifts, free English and compensation for other languages (Spanish, etc.).

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B from 3 years.
• Experience managing a sales department of 3+ people.
• Ability to conduct negotiations and defend your position.
• Confident work in CRM and task trackers.
• English from B2 (for demo calls) — a strong advantage.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience administering PHP applications.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub processes (branching, code review).
