What you will do
- Active search and attraction of clients (calls, email campaigns, business correspondence).
- Conducting online product presentations, demonstrating business value.
- Preparing commercial proposals, conducting negotiations until the deal is closed.
- Handling objections, working with decision-makers.
- Maintaining CRM system (funnel control, KPI reporting).
What we offer
- Income: base salary + bonuses, from 120,000 ₽ at the start.
- Schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Office: Kazan, Ostrovskogo St., 23k1 (center, near metro).
- Employment: according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first working day / service agreement.
Who we are looking for
Hard skills:
- Experience in selling IT products, complex technological solutions, or B2B services for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and active sales, ability to work with objections.
- Confident CRM user (any system — understanding funnel logic is important).
- Fast learner: willingness to immerse in the product for 1–2 weeks and start delivering results.
Soft skills:
- Fluent oral and written communication (high-level negotiation skills).
- High motivation to develop specifically in the IT field.
- Stress resistance, focus on plan execution.
- Sociability, ability to build dialogue with top company executives.
Will be a plus:
- Sales experience in the automotive industry or business automation.
- Understanding of B2B deal cycle specifics.
