👤 Sales Manager (IT / Digital) | Office | Kazan

About the role: Proflipper is expanding its sales department. We are looking for a strong manager who loves communication, can respond quickly to leads, and wants to grow with us. We have a fast pace – leads cannot be "cooled down".

Key responsibilities: 🔸 Communicate with clients in Avito, Telegram, and Bitrix24 🔸 Respond quickly to incoming requests and make calls 🔸 Identify client needs and qualify leads using the BANT system 🔸 Manage deals in Bitrix24 from first contact to payment 🔸 Hand over clients to technical specialists for further support

Our expectations: 🔹 Experience: from 1 year in sales (mandatory) 🔹 Skills: — Proficient written and spoken Russian — Confident computer and smartphone user — Willingness to work according to scripts and regulations 🔹 Personal qualities: — Stress resistance, discipline, and ability to learn quickly

🔹 Will be a plus: — Experience in digital / IT / web studio — Experience with Bitrix24 and Avito Pro — Understanding of B2B sales

Conditions and benefits: 🔹 Salary: base salary + 10% of sales (income ~ 149,900 ₽/month) 🔹 Base salary review after 3 and 6 months based on KPI 🔹 Opportunity to grow to senior manager / team lead 🔹 Internal training (13 modules) and a mentor for the first week 🔹 Corporate mobile communication 🔹 Modern office in Kazan (Ibragimova 58) with tea, coffee, and cookies

Work schedule: 🔸 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00 🔸 Format: office
