Fluttrium is a team that creates professional websites, mobile applications, platforms, and digital solutions for businesses and non-profit organizations.
We collaborate with companies from various industries — industry, IT, development, education, NPOs — and implement full-cycle projects: from idea to support and development.
Responsibilities
- Attract new corporate clients (B2B segment: industry, IT, development, education, NPOs).
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and presentation to contract signing.
- Participate in negotiations with company executives.
- Together with the project department, form individual proposals and commercial offers.
- Maintain CRM (AmoCRM) and monitor sales funnel conversion.
Description of the workflow
Working at Fluttrium means systematic and clear communication with clients on inbound and outbound leads.
The company provides a ready-made base of clients and contacts. The manager's task is to establish initial interaction and transfer the client to the presentation department.
What needs to be done:
- Work according to a ready-made call script: introduce yourself, tell about the company, and offer a free consultation or product presentation.
- Identify client needs: website development, / corporate portal, / mobile application, / Telegram-/AI-bot, / SEO optimization, / support and maintenance.
- Fill out the client card: Full Name, company and field of activity (doctor, production, NPO, factory, studio, startup, etc.), product of interest, email, and work phone number.
- Schedule a meeting (presentation): agree on a convenient time, add the meeting to the calendar, and 15 minutes before the start, send a link to the online meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram Video).
- Manage the sales funnel: update client statuses in CRM (new lead → contact established → interest → meeting scheduled → transferred for presentation), record call results, comments, and reminders, transfer warm leads to the presentation manager.
- Maintain daily reporting: number of calls and scheduled meetings, data accuracy in CRM, funnel KPI fulfillment.
Goal
Generate a flow of interested clients and bring them to a product presentation of Fluttrium.
