B2B Sales Manager (Yandex Maps / Geolocation Services) at OMNIMIX. Remote work.

ABOUT US: We are OMNIMIX, a full-cycle digital agency and a certified Yandex partner. For 9 years, we have been helping businesses attract clients using digital tools. We work with major brands: OZON pharma, X5 Group, L’Etoile, ZARINA, Ocharik, and others. We are currently developing the Yandex Maps and geolocation services area and are looking for a sales manager to join the team. You don't need to be an expert specifically in Yandex Maps – we will train you on the product, tools, and case studies. However, it is important to have experience in B2B sales and understand the digital/advertising sphere.

TASKS: • Sell advertising placements in Yandex Maps (geolocation services). • Search for and attract new B2B clients. • Work with a cold base: calls, emails, social media. • Schedule and conduct client meetings. • Identify business needs and propose suitable solutions. • Manage CRM and sales pipeline. • Achieve sales plan and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS: • At least 1 year of experience in active B2B sales. • Experience in digital / advertising / IT / business services will be an advantage. • Not afraid of cold outreach and client communication. • Experience in independent client acquisition (not just inbound leads). • Ability to negotiate and handle objections. • Proficient verbal and written communication skills. • We are looking for a sales manager specifically – this is not an SMM specialist or marketer vacancy.

CONDITIONS: • Fully remote work. • Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or Civil Code contract. • Salary 80,000–120,000 rubles net (depends on experience and skills) + KPI. • Flexible 5/2 work schedule. • Quick product training: scripts, case studies, materials. • Team and mentor support. • Training in AI tools and modern digital practices. • Opportunity for career growth within the agency.
