We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the RankWizard team, who will help companies launch SEO, AEO, and GEO projects and bring them to the start in our service.
What you will be doing:
- Process incoming inquiries and leads from marketing, clarify client tasks, and format the request.
- Not only work with the incoming flow but also independently search for clients. We expect you to already have your own established contact base or be ready to systematically conduct cold outreach: gather target companies from open sources, segment them, reach out to key decision-makers via calls, email, and social networks, and gradually warm them up to a deal.
- Conduct calls and online presentations: demonstrate how our software works and how exactly SEO, AEO, and GEO will solve business challenges.
- Conduct initial project diagnostics according to a checklist (niche, traffic, current visibility, goals) together with product/SEO.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, and argumentatively handle objections regarding price, terms, and format.
- Close deals: agree on terms, sign contracts, hand over to production, and onboard the client.
- Maintain contact with active clients during the startup phase: clarify satisfaction, offer upsells and renewals.
- Manage deals in CRM, carefully fill in fields, monitor statuses and sales forecasts.
- Cooperate closely with the SEO team and marketing: share market insights and client feedback.
What is important:
- At least 1 year of experience in active sales or account management in digital / IT / SaaS.
- Understanding of basic SEO and interest in AEO and GEO: what traffic, queries, positions, and leads from search are.
- Ability to present a service structurally and calculate the economics for the client "on a napkin" (at least at the logical level).
- Skill in managing deals in CRM, accuracy with numbers and statuses.
- Fluent oral and written communication, ability to ask the right questions and listen to the client.
- Independence, responsibility, habit of bringing deals to a logical conclusion.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in selling SEO / paid advertising / comprehensive digital promotion.
- Understanding of how AEO and GEO differ from classic SEO and how to explain them in simple terms.
- Experience working in an agency, production studio, or SaaS service for marketing.
- Skill in working with the sales funnel and revenue forecasting.
Conditions:
- Fully remote work, working hours according to Moscow time.

- Fixed salary of 70,000–90,000 ₽ net + sales bonuses.
- Planned income upon meeting targets after the probation period: 140,000–180,000 ₽ net (fixed + bonuses).
