Sasha AI is a current Skolkovo resident and a pioneer in the development of voice AI agents for business. We are developing a platform that allows companies to launch artificial intelligence capable of negotiating with their client base over the phone in 20 minutes. Our AI agents are already helping companies like VK, PIK, and Synergy increase revenue without hiring additional staff.

Over the past year, we have grown 5 times and plan to reach a turnover of 300 million rubles in 2026. Our small goal is to make technology simple, profitable, and accessible to every large business in Russia. Our big goal is to build a TOP-3 company associated with artificial intelligence in Russia within 10 years.

What you will do:

• Active sales and client search: through intros, referrals, cold outreach.
• Inbound sales. Schedule meetings with leads and self-registrations on the platform.
• Conduct meetings and close clients for pilot projects.
• Manage the client during the pilot phase (first 1-3 months), define success criteria, and influence their achievement.
• Plan for the first month — 400,000₽ in revenue, for the second — 1,000,000₽ in revenue.
