Due to our active growth, I am looking for a driven and responsible Sales Manager to join our team and help us move forward. 📌 What you will do?
Active Sales and Funnel Management:
- Sell digital marketing and development services, build strong client relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle: from the first contact to signing the contract
- Prioritize client tasks and help them achieve their goals
- Meet sales targets and work with KPIs without artificial income ceilings
CRM Work:
- Manage deals in CRM (Bitrix24) clearly and transparently for maximum efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date data on leads, tasks, and communications
- Analyze your funnel and conversion, identify growth points with the sales manager
- Utilize CRM integrations and automations to avoid getting bogged down in routine and focus on sales
Sales Growth and Development:
- Continuously improve sales skills and participate in training
- Master company products and services through regular training sessions
- Make suggestions for improving scripts, presentations, and the sales funnel
- Participate in testing new offers and directions, influencing company growth
🎯 You should definitely join us if you:
- Have at least 2 years of sales experience
- Can communicate with clients, identify their needs, and effectively handle objections
- Are familiar with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is our choice)
