know how to sell complex B2B services, not just "products from a script"
confidently negotiate with owners, directors, and investors
understand how business, finance, and legal risks work
can identify needs and form value
are focused on results and income, not just a fixed salary
Payment: high % of the deal
Large deal sizes → salesperson income above the market average
