We’re looking for a strong Head of Sales for an IT/SaaS product in the affiliate & performance marketing space.
This is NOT a classic corporate Head of Sales role. We need a hands-on sales leader who is ready to: — sell personally — close deals — manage a small team — and directly impact revenue.
About the company: — IT/SaaS product in affiliate & performance marketing — Clients across Europe, LATAM, and CIS — SaaS platform for affiliate program and partner traffic management — Team of 40+ people
Main focus of the role: 80% personal sales / 20% management
You will: • Personally close deals through outbound & inbound sales • Work with cold leads as the main acquisition channel • Conduct demos and negotiations • Build and manage the sales funnel • Manage and support a team of 4 BDMs • Analyze funnel metrics and improve sales processes • Optimize scripts, workflows, and conversions
What we’re looking for: • 5+ years in sales • Strong B2B / IT / SaaS background • Proven outbound sales experience • Experience managing a small sales team • Strong hands-on approach • Ability to independently run demos and close deals • CRM experience • High ownership and proactivity
Nice to have: • Affiliate / performance marketing experience • iGaming / crypto / e-commerce background • English B2+ • Experience in smaller SaaS / IT companies
