Hostman is a European cloud and PaaS platform for SMBs, B2B companies, SaaS products and technical teams that need reliable infrastructure, predictable pricing and 24/7 support.

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager who can own the full sales cycle — from finding the right prospect to closing the deal and growing the account. You’ll work with CTOs, Heads of DevOps, Infrastructure Leads, IT Directors, and tech founders.

What you’ll do: — build your own pipeline across Europe; — run the full cycle: outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing; — conduct calls and negotiations in English; — work with the technical team on customer solutions; — grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell; — test new sales approaches and help us improve the sales process.

We are looking for someone with: — 3+ years in B2B sales; — strong outbound and closing experience; — experience selling tech products; — English B2+; — ability to work independently and take ownership of results. — experience with Cloud / SaaS / PaaS / IaaS / DevOps / DevTools / hosting / infrastructure / cybersecurity is a strong plus.
