Head of Sales

ALTER is looking for a Head of Sales!

Alter is a CRM platform with an AI assistant for automating service businesses.

We are developing the product and are looking for a strong leader who will build an effective sales system, train the team, and ensure the growth of the client base.

What you will be doing:

• Develop a sales strategy and a plan for scaling the commercial department.
• Build sales processes from scratch: from finding potential clients to closing deals.
• Organize the work of current managers, train them, and improve team efficiency.
• Set up the sales funnel, CRM, scripts, KPIs, and motivation system.
• Develop channels for attracting B2B clients and participate in key negotiations.
• Monitor plan execution, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities.

What we expect:

• Experience in B2B sales and building a sales department from scratch.
• Practical experience in team management and achieving commercial results.
• Ability to build processes, train employees, and work with metrics.
• Willingness to independently participate in sales at the initial stage.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, or selling CRM solutions will be an advantage.
