Responsibilities:
- Organization and development of active sales of complex IT solutions;
- Formation, training, and motivation of a team of sales managers;
- Conducting negotiations with corporate clients, concluding contracts;
- Market analysis, search for new directions to increase sales;
- Control of KPI achievement and department efficiency;
- Participation in marketing events (webinars, business breakfasts, etc.).
Requirements:
- Successful experience in active B2B sales of IT products and services;
- Experience with corporate clients, ability to conduct complex negotiations;
- Understanding of the technological side of the process;
- Skills in forming an effective active sales department team; Understanding of the IT market and business processes;
- Ability to build and develop relationships with clients and work with their expectations and requirements;
- Leadership, active life position, developed communication skills.
