MTS invites a Head of Regional Support Group to join the team to build effective work of regional presales in the area of video surveillance and security.
The telecommunications business unit develops and promotes technologies, optimizes internal processes, and supports sales for corporate and government clients. They help clients expand their capabilities and achieve success in the digital sphere.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a development strategy for regional presales to achieve key business indicators;
- Implement quality standards for the unit's operation and scale best practices;
- Manage team performance: set KPI goals, monitor their achievement, hold regular meetings to analyze results and build a motivation system;
- Analyze the sales funnel and presales effectiveness in the regions, engage in supporting key projects;
- Participate in budget defense and present work results to top management;
- Provide operational support for the unit, build a development strategy for "lagging" regions;
- Build effective cross-functional interaction with sales and marketing departments for goal synchronization.
Candidate Expectations:
- Successful experience in managing a team or several related teams in B2B sales or presales for at least 3 years;
- Ability to analyze complex processes, identify "bottlenecks," and implement solutions that lead to increased efficiency;
- Experience in negotiations at the level of top company executives, conducting strategic sessions, and public speaking;
- Ability to decompose business goals into specific tasks for the team and take responsibility for financial results.
